In every manufacturing site, cleanliness is highly valued. In the automotive and aerospace sectors, if metal fragments or similar contaminants adhere to the target parts, it can lead to failures in combustion chambers of engines or shorts in electrical components. This unit is a device that collects residues such as metal fragments remaining on the workpiece after cleaning, using a φ47 filter. After installing the filter in the filter set area of the drainage outlet located in the center of the sink, the workpiece (the item to be cleaned) is placed in the sink, and residues adhering to the workpiece are collected through manual cleaning using the injection of cleaning liquid and pressurized air. Since all driving sources use air, no electrical power supply is required. Additionally, the sink is large, measuring 1000mm in width and 500mm in depth, making it suitable for large workpieces.
